I've been a loyal Buy&Ship customer for over two years, trusting them so much that I decided to ship a Samsung Z Fold6 from eBay, worth nearly $1,000. Everything seemed fine until the package arrived in the Philippines, where it was handed over to a courier called NinjaVan. And guess what? NinjaVan lost my package.
I contacted them, and they assured me they would refund Buy&Ship. So, naturally, I reached out to Buy&Ship for my refund. But instead of getting my $1,000 back, they told me they'd only refund $100—just a tenth of what I paid! Their reasoning? A link to their terms and conditions, which apparently states they only refund up to $100 max. Oh, and they also told me I should have bought insurance.
Frustrated, I voiced my concerns on their Facebook and Instagram, expecting some transparency. Instead, I got blocked. No response, no accountability—just silence.
